## Ordering & MOQ
**Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?**
A: Our standard MOQ is 100 decks for most products. Some specialty items with complex finishing (e.g., holographic foil edges + rigid box) may require 200+ units. Contact us for a specific quote.
**Q: Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?**
A: Yes. We offer physical “blank” samples (no artwork) for material testing, and printed custom samples for a small fee. Digital proofs (PDF) are always free.
**Q: How long does production take?**
A: Standard production is 15–20 business days after final artwork approval. Rush orders (10–12 days) are available for an additional fee.
**Q: Do you have a price list?**
A: Pricing depends on quantity, material, size, and finishing options. We provide free, detailed quotes within 24 hours of your inquiry.

## Design & Artwork
**Q: What file format do you need?**
A: We accept high-resolution PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and PSD files. All artwork must be at least 300 DPI with 3mm bleed on all sides.
**Q: Can your team help with design?**
A: We provide free prepress checks and bleed/resolution advice. Full design services are available upon request at an additional cost.
**Q: What are the standard card sizes?**
A: Common sizes include: Poker (63×88mm), Bridge (57×88mm), Tarot (70×120mm), Mini (44×63mm). Custom sizes are available.

**Q: What is the difference between Black Core and Blue Core paper?**
A: Black Core (310gsm) offers 100% opacity and a superior “snap,” ideal for professional tarot and poker cards. Blue Core (300gsm) is slightly more flexible and cost-effective, popular for board games.
**Q: Do you offer eco-friendly materials?**
A: Yes. We are FSC certified and offer recycled paper options. Our soy-based inks are non-toxic and safe for global distribution.
**Q: What special finishes are available?**
A: We offer: Matte/Glossy lamination, Linen (air-cushion) texture, Spot UV, Embossing/Debossing, Gold/Silver/Holographic foil edges, Cold foil stamping, and Soft-touch velvet coating.

A: We ship worldwide to 40+ countries including the USA, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and Southeast Asia via Sea, Air, or Express courier.

**Q: Do you handle customs and export documents?**
A: Yes. We prepare all standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
